How It Works

Step 1: Free 20-Minute Meet-and-Greet
A no-pressure Zoom call to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

Step 2: Extended Consultation (90 minutes)
We explore your relationship dynamics, clarify goals, and decide if an intensive is the best next step.

Step 3: 2–3 Day EFT Intensive
We meet for multiple sessions across two or three days to break painful cycles, access deeper emotion, and rebuild safety together.

Step 4: Aftercare & Resources
You’ll leave with personalized recommendations for what comes next, whether it’s ongoing therapy, check-ins, or self-guided tools.

  • Yes—connection and comfort matter. I offer a free 15–20 minute virtual meet-and-greet so you can ask initial questions and see if it feels like a fit.

  • This is a 90-minute session designed to give you clarity and direction before you invest in an intensive. We’ll explore your relationship dynamics, identify goals, and determine whether an intensive is the right next step. This is a planning session, not therapy, so no interventions—just thoughtful preparation.

  • No. Intensives are private-pay only and not covered by insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows. Most insurance doesn’t cover this format of therapy, which is why many couples choose intensives in the first place—for the depth and flexibility it allows.

  • I offer intensives in person for couples located in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you're local and interested in in-person work, let me know—we’ll discuss availability and options. If you are from out of town, reach out anyway so we can coordinate your visit.

  • My work is intentionally rooted in the realities and needs of queer relationships. This space was built with LGBTQ+ couples in mind—because so few therapy spaces are.

That said, I welcome all couples who feel aligned with this approach and can honor the community it’s built to serve. If that’s you, no matter your identities, you’re invited in. Just know you’re stepping into a space that doesn’t center the dominant norm.

  • That’s actually a powerful reason to do an intensive. My role isn’t to push you toward staying or separating—it’s to help you get clear. Many couples come into an intensive on the brink of separation and leave with a better understanding of themselves, each other, and what the path forward looks like.

  • Yes—that’s what makes it an intensive. The concentrated format is what allows couples to break through stuck patterns and get real momentum. Two or three consecutive days of focused, in-person work is part of what makes this so effective.

That said, in rare cases, I may allow the intensive to be spread out over the course of a week or two—but only if it supports the integrity of the process. If you're going to do this, you deserve the full experience.
